Terms of Service
This document is a public offer between WebGuard and the Customer. By paying for access to the service, you confirm your understanding and agreement to all conditions set forth below.
1.1. This document serves as the public Terms of Service for the website webguard.app (hereinafter - the Contractor) and outlines all fundamental conditions for providing access to the website vulnerability scanning and uptime monitoring service.
1.2. Any person who visits the webguard.app website and/or makes a payment to access the personal cabinet becomes a Customer and accepts these Terms.

2.2. Access is granted on a subscription (tariff plan) basis, valid for a specific period, with the possibility of renewal.
3.1. The Contractor grants access to the personal cabinet upon payment confirmation.
3.2. The subscription begins upon the first payment for the Customer's selected tariff plan.
3.3. The act of making the first payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3.8. If the Customer has paid but not received access within 24 hours, they must contact support at support@webguard.app, providing a copy of the payment receipt.
3.9. This agreement carries the force of a Certificate of Services Rendered.
3.10. The lack of substantiated claims within 48 hours of granting access signifies that services were adequately provided.
4.1. In the event of an ongoing technical inability to provide access to the personal cabinet due to the Contractor's fault, the Customer may be refunded.
4.2. Refunds are only possible within 48 hours of granting access.

5.1. The Customer must ensure Internet access and the functionality of their equipment.
5.2. The Contractor is not liable for an inability to access the service due to causes related to the Customer's equipment or connection.
5.3. The Contractor does not guarantee the detection of strictly all vulnerabilities on the Customer's website. New threats emerge daily, hence the service checks for currently known vulnerabilities at the time of scanning.
5.4. The Contractor bears no responsibility for any damages incurred by the Customer resulting from the use or non-use of recommendations provided in the service's reports.
5.5. In the event of force majeure circumstances (war, disasters, hacker attacks, payment system disruptions, etc.), the Contractor may temporarily suspend the provision of services without reimbursing damages.
6.1. All reports, scanning algorithms, materials, and other content provided to the Customer via the webguard.app website remain the Contractors property.
6.2. Copying, transferring to third parties, reselling, or publishing the service's materials without the Contractor's written permission is prohibited.
